ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 5-7 business days to process your order. Expect an email after your purchased has been processed and shipped to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 5-7 business days using USPS or UPS.
Post's delivery standard is 2 - 7 days. Please allow extra time during our busy season as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance, customs, natural disasters may cause further postal delays. 

Flat rate shipping fee of $9 applies to all shipping orders.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout along with imposed taxes depending on your local and state location.

FINAL SALE/ NO RETURNS POLICY

Please note that all items sold on our store are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way or the wrong product was shipped, please email us as soon as possible at atousa@biohackr.health with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
