About Biohackr Health

We asked: how can we age better?

Biohackr Health was founded in the Bay Area — where entrepreneurial professionals mix with medical professionals — around one question: what new science is out there, and how do we apply it safely? Our clinics integrate scientifically grounded regenerative medicine and anti-aging treatments under the watchful eye of qualified physicians.

Flexible by design

Unlike conventional practices, we can adopt emerging technologies quickly and adapt them to your unique needs — from NAD+ to exosomes to EBO2.

Measured, always

Baseline labs, micronutrient analysis, body composition, RMR and VO2 Max — protocols start with data and are re-tested over time.

Clinical, not cosmetic

Licensed RNs administer every treatment under physician supervision. This is a medical facility — flexibility with rigor.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Biohacking is the practice of using science, data, and emerging technology to measurably improve how your body ages and performs. At Biohackr Health that means evidence-based tools — NAD+ therapy, comprehensive blood and micronutrient testing, EBO2, regenerative treatments — applied under physician supervision.
NAD+ therapy is a favorite: NAD is involved in hundreds of cellular processes including DNA repair and energy production, and levels decline with age. We offer it as IV infusions, intramuscular boosts, and take-home subcutaneous packs. We also use exosomes (therapies marked XO) for hair, facial aesthetics, and sexual health, and our premier tool is EBO2 — high-volume blood gas exchange that infuses oxygen and ozone while filtering inflammatory byproducts.
Licensed, experienced Registered Nurses under the supervision of Lori Bluvas, MD, FACOG. Our nursing staff has extensive hospital experience throughout the Bay Area and are experts in IV placement, regenerative aesthetics, and weight-loss management.
Most IV infusions run 30–45 minutes in our lounge chairs. NAD+ infusions can take up to 3 hours depending on dose.
An IV mixes multiple vitamins into a bag of saline and takes 45–60 minutes. A Boost targets a specific vitamin as a quick intramuscular injection — under a minute, and you are ready to go.
Depending on how quickly your body metabolizes and uses the vitamins, effects are typically felt for three days to a week — sometimes longer, depending on the drip, the reason for it, and your lifestyle.
Diet is the foundation, but absorption varies enormously between people. A Micronutrient Test measures how your body actually uses 31 vitamins and minerals at the cellular level — then we can customize IVs to your specific deficiencies instead of guessing.
